«About Us»
VOID is a laid-back Free Company built on friendship and communication. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, we take strides to make sure every person in the Company is made to feel welcome. Our goal is to give people a place to call ‘home’ on XIV.
We are a heavily LGBTQIA+ Company who takes pride in supporting those that might still be in the closet, out of the closet, or transitioning/transitioned.
We are also a melting pot of different folks! Raiders, Casual Players, Role-Players, Streamers, Artists etc. As such we have designated channels for each and every group to accommodate their needs.
As a Company we aim to keep as busy as possible during patch lulls. In doing so we try to do a multitude of things such as:

»HoH / PoTD Climbs
»Pony/Bird/Dog/Dragon Farms
We also have a very active Discord for those that do not always have time for the game itself.

VOID has one rule above all others that should be kept in mind; Just don’t be a dick. If you can do that you’ll have a great time in this company.
VOID is a zero-tolerance company. We don’t tolerate disgusting behaviors, period. The following is considered behaviors the company does not tolerate:

»Statements with the intent to trigger
»Toxicity
VOID takes strides to remain active even during the most dead patches. We aren’t always the best at being as active as we would like to be. We all work / have children / go to college. As such we have a VERY LENIENT inactivity policy. So long as you contact an officer of the company to let them know you will be inactive for a time, you will be placed into a role that protects you from our regular inactivity purges.
We have a 20-day inactive policy without given reason as to why a member has not logged in.

«VOID» can and will have inactivity. More so than most Free Companies due to the nature of its members. Many members have work, children, go to college full time, or choose to unsub and play other video games with friends. As such, there are times throughout the year that there is a heavy drop in activity. It usually picks up during breaks, lack of video games outside of XIV, and/or PTO for a handful of members.
This is why we STRESS mandatory discord for both socializing and connecting with other members. It is FAR EASIER to get a hold of members in the discord to do content than it is to wait for someone to log in.
